You Mad?! Are you mad at Dad?! Well Find your Person and Talk It Out!

In this journal, youth are challenged to express their feelings in multiple scenarios that make them mad, sad, happy, and worried. These questions make them think out each scenario and face it head on. They are also challenged to talk to their person about all of it whether that is a parent, guardian, favorite Aunt/Uncle, or a teacher. Time to get to the root of the problem and Talk It Out.
