5-9 copies: 	$15 per book+shipping 
10-19 copies: 	$14 per book+shipping 
20+ copies: 	$13 per book+shipping

For Children's Story Book:
5-9 copies: 	$13 per book+shipping 
10-19 copies: 	$12 per book+shipping 
20+ copies: 	$11 per book+shipping
